This PR enables producing prognostic run reports at resolutions other than C48 through the addition of an
--evaluation-gridparameter. An example report can be found here (note the missing regions in the zonal mean plots are a result of using too many bins for computing the zonal means at C12 resolution).A good way to test this is still needed, and the best API is still up for discussion, so I'm marking this as a draft for now.
