This is useful for files comming from stdin and do not have magic bytes, such as ICO files.

Not sure my change would make the 0.10 fail, but I would be happy to fix it if you have a clue |

This is useful for an issue I'm having with XPS files. I find myself needing to force the input stream format, filename inference doesn't seem to work. No idea why the tests fail though. |
