Six matching package tools bring
@agntn/registriesto Pi, OMP and MCP; keeping it trapped behind the CLI made it the odd package in agntn. The packed artifact was the risky bit, so I exercised both extension fallbacks from the tarball and the real stdio client path. Closes #74.
