Registries finally gets a docs site: Docus on Workers, same shape as keys and archives, with a lookup page that runs all four calls through the worker on any PURL. Building it surfaced a real bug, the worker bundle dropped the register() chunk because sideEffects named only the entry files, so every create() threw UnknownEcosystemError. First commit fixes that.
