fix(gitlab): make group avatar URLs absolute

Group avatars from GitLab now come back as full URLs, including on self-hosted instances. Returning /uploads/... beside absolute user avatars was just a bad normalization, and the live gitlab-org/gitlab result now points straight to https://gitlab.com/uploads/....

• Switch GitHub to dark mode and the diagrams follow. The moving dots are this pull request's data in motion.
