Integration recruiting: land Verified-tier integrations

Goal: grow real, verifiable downstream adoption by landing integrations that install the released agentrust-io packages and pass the TRACE conformance suite. Each Verified integration's CI is genuine downstream usage, not a gamed counter.

Motion: copy integrations/_template/, set integrates_with, add the conformance workflow (added in #25); a clean run earns the Verified badge, a listing, and a co-marketed post.

Tier 0 - in flight (convert first)

Closing this. It was a recruiting list rather than tracked work, and it has not moved in a month.

The Tier 0 items resolved outside it anyway: comply54 reached Verified through #87, and the spendguard and Sentinel PRs closed. Where adapter coverage actually stands, including the LangGraph gap, is #96, which is the live issue. Recruiting targets are better kept outside the tracker than as an open issue nobody works.
