Places Weight Custody Manifest alongside the other protocol projects, after cA2A and before Governance. The entry points at https://wcm.agentrust-io.com rather than at agentrust-io.com/wcm/. Today that subdomain redirects to the landing page; at go-public the redirect rule is deleted and the project's own docs site answers on the same hostname. So the nav link is already correct for both states and needs no second change. Adds Weight Custody Manifest to
supernav.js, which ships to all ten AgenTrust properties.Placed after cA2A and before Governance, with the other protocol projects.
