   Thanks. Until now the file tree reloaded only when a run ended (or on the refresh button). #1153 also reloads it while a run's tools finish (at most once a second; read-only tools excluded) and when the browser window gets focus, so files changed in an editor or terminal show up as well. This issue will close when it merges.
