- set a correct python3.14 version
- sign the CLA – #2435 (comment)
- add Python3.14 to pyproject classifiers

Upgrade to the production release and add the free threaded version.

I do not think that Pydantic-V1 supports Python >= 3.14.

It is not a problem, we still binded to confluent-kafka release. FastStream should works fine with 3.14, but underlying libraries...
add python version 3.14 to test-basic job
