The 2 CI failures are pre-existing and unrelated to this PR (which only touches .gitignore).

The failing tests are blocking hooks output BLOCKED message and blocking hooks exit with code 2 in tests/integration/hooks.test.js. They fail on all Ubuntu and macOS matrix entries but pass on Windows. The tests exercise auto-tmux-dev.js, which was changed in PR #344 (7bed751) to auto-start dev servers in tmux rather than blocking them. The tests still assert the old blocking behavior (exit code 2, "BLOCKED" in stderr), but the hook no longer does that on Linux/macOS.

The upstream main branch CI (run 22808886482, triggered by the batch merge on March 7) shows the same failures, confirming this is a pre-existing issue.
