Summary:
This PR resolves the UI/UX issues identified in Issue #895 regarding the testimonial and feedback sections.
Key Changes:
Interactive Testimonials: * Replaced the static review grid with an infinite-scrolling marquee (bb-scroller-box).
Implemented openTestimonialModal(this) to allow users to click any testimonial and view it in an expanded, readable format.
UX Enhancements: * Added CSS focus effects (blur/scale) to make the testimonial cards feel more premium.
Optimized modal logic in script.js to ensure smooth opening/closing transitions.

Testing Performed:
Verified the testimonial cards expand correctly on click.
Tested responsiveness across different screen sizes to ensure the infinite scroll remains fluid.
