How To (DEV)

User NodeJs v18
Install Ionic, Truffle, and Ganache.
```
npm install -g ionic truffle ganache
```
Install dependencies
```
npm install
```
Clone .env.template as .env
Start ganache
Update TEST_PROVIDER in .env
Follow ./smart-contracts/README.md
Run locally:
```
ionic serve
```
