This PR makes it so that we keep track of chains/tokens in JSON files rather than typescript files.
The code in
scripts/can be used to generate corresponding Python/Rust/Typescript packages. The code generates new code so that we don't lose the benefits of having constant values (i.e. we don't have to dynamically read a json file).I've tested most pieces of this so far but, given the centrality of this package, it merits additional (and extensive) investigation.
TLDR: THIS IS NOT READY TO MERGE YET.
