Thanks @NexusACServer. Since this PR is a re-add of a recently removed server, I tagged a few reviewers in order to get more eyes on this. I'm assuming this is the same server as that one (at least in some sense), is that right? cc @dtmajors

My question for those tagged to review is basically this: Is it okay if the server uses an already-used name with a new GUID?

I'm going to merge this as-is since I think that using the same name with a new GUID is probably the best thing.
