Hi @dteta2gh, can you ask them to try the beta release at https://github.com/amoeba/treestats/releases/tag/v1.2.3b? It addresses some incompatibilities between Decal and emulator servers and this looks like it might be a new one. Feel free to have them join https://discord.gg/MDSSYeW2c5 and I can help.

will do thanks I will see if that works He will barely talk to me on discord,,, Odd thing is it was working for him then it stopped. Other accounts for him seem to work though We will see thanks for getting back to me
