TL;DR created patrick-haller (HU Berlin) next to existing patrick-haller-zurich and assign papers to it properly. There are only these two dividing 13 papers between them

Still waiting for @mjpost to reply to the thread that he was pinged in and that I had with Marcel on another author page request wondering about the same question.
(In that other issue there is currently no catch-all id and I asked whether I can remove the degree suffix on one of the author ids, or whether the catch-all should be reserved for potential upcoming papers where authorship is unclear...)
