Name variants Niama El Khbir (Elkhbir)

In #3149 Niama El Khbir asked for their name for 2023.arabicnlp-1.12 to be changed from "Elkhbir" to "El Khbir". However, this is currently inconsistent with the PDF. It was then changed to "El Elkhbir" (double el!) which is definitely wrong.
The issue #3205 is a generalisation noting 2 more papers: all 3 have inconsistencies between PDF and metadata

• 2023.arabicnlp-1.12 metadata: "Niama El Elkhbir" (double el), PDF: "Niama Elkhbir"
• 2023.arabicnlp-1.89 metadata: "Niama El Khbir", PDF: "Niama Elkhbir"
• 2022.umios-1.2 metadata: " Niama El khbir", PDF: "Niama Elkhbir"

I changed the metadata to match the PDF. While this change is conformant with ACL Anthology policy, it might not satisfy the initial request of the issue submitter. A paper revision is needed for the above-mentioned three papers if the author would like them to be displayed with their name as "El Khbir" (space!).

I've noted down both variants to make sure both variants show up on the same page, with the spaced-version as the canonical one matching the issue submitters preferred spelling.

I did not introduce any id etc., this wasn't an author page request.

❓ Should this PR close the open issue #3205 or do we need paper revisions for closing?
