Added Author page for John Philip McCrae

Closes #6131

TL;DR: two author pages with a total of 121 papers should merge into one based on request by the author. The merge was necessary due to different verbosity in first name (name variants) and wrongly assigning middle name to last name sometimes. Degree institution and ORCID have been added too. A few of the papers required metadata corrections on the way (on his name or on co-authors)

Observations

• many papers : 114 ( john-philip-mccrae ) + 7 ( john-p-mccrae )
• often the metadata did not match the spelling in the PDF (e.g. P. vs Philip vs just John)
  • also corrected other metadata-PDF inconsistencies for co-authors on the way: missing first name, missing diacritics, author order ...
• corrected "Philip"/"P." wrongly assigned to surname, properly capitalized C in "McCrae" where missing
• interesting case: more like $$M^c$$ Crae (see also his website: https://john.mccr.ae/index )

Decided on canonical name as "John Philip McCrae": that's also the name displayed on his website, preferred one on OpenReview and Anthology URL listed there, the URL with the respective slug contained the majority of papers anyway, and it is more elaborate than others (John P./John).

To elaborate I'd planned to check that all papers in the preview are now on the correct page (total paper number matches) and I was wondering which name variants needed to be listed explicitly, some might be inferred by our matching logic and fixing metadata-PDF inconsistencies I guess there are variants which are no longer needed?
