fix(capsule): 收紧 expanded 面板横向宽度

背景

现有 floating capsule expanded 面板虽然已经恢复为完整大面板，但横向体量仍偏大，主要被固定宽度和内部横向节奏撑开。

当前问题不是结构错误，而是宽度、padding、gap、域名 ellipsis 和 action button 横向密度仍偏松。

本次修正

• 将 expanded 面板宽度从 320px 收紧到 296px
• 同步压缩 header / status row / metrics / reason / actions 的左右 padding
• 同步缩小 metrics 与 actions 的 gap
• 收紧域名 label 的最大宽度，保持 ellipsis
• 收紧 action button 的横向 padding，保证 Archive now / Open Dock 在更窄面板里仍保持单行平衡

非目标

• 不改 collapsed 玻璃球
• 不改 logo 资源策略
• 不改 status/collapse 的 panel-native 语义
• 不改 reader、threads、runtime 或 docs

验证

• frontend\\node_modules\\.bin\\tsc.cmd -p frontend\\tsconfig.json --noEmit
• pnpm -C frontend build
• pnpm -C vesti-web build

手测重点

• expanded 面板整体明显更窄
• header、状态行、Messages / Turns、Archive now / Open Dock 仍单行平衡
• 不出现新的挤压、换行或贴边
• 面板仍然读作单一完整 card，而不是碎片化 pill 组
