strap init state (.strap/ with lessons committed, runs/ and index ignored), a regression flow (stylua lint + plenary suite, agent fix on red with make lint && make test as ground truth), AGENTS.md with build commands and the strap contract, CLAUDE.md as an @AGENTS.md shim. The Stop hook lives in .claude/settings.json which stays git-ignored here. Flow baseline verified green: lint 0.5s, test 1.7s. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
