Added reafctoring to scripts.py

Description
This PR addresses Issue #1 by refactoring the existing codebase to improve clarity, modularity, and reusability.

Changes Made:

• Created a wrapper function apply_all_operations() to consolidate multiple function calls.
• Updated the usage pattern to be cleaner and more maintainable.

The refactored function calls both double_number() and square_number() from simple_functions.py as expected.
