Updates and bug fixes based on user feedback

Bug Fixes:

1. Spacing issue for multiple lines.
2. Implied thermal limit warning.

Updates:

1. Fix location of subset of buses (double clicking on the bus fixes/unfixes it's location).
2. Added support for Linear Generator Cost Function.
3. The attributes and properties of the elements are read from rules file, this allows the user to add extra content after ';' in any line after the data matrix.
4. Added support for comments in the data matrix for the elements.
