Adds Noorle to the A2A Integrations list.
Noorle is a managed AI agent runtime with built-in A2A support — no plugin or
add-on required:
cards, message/send, message/stream, tasks, and WebSocket transport
coordination is a core platform feature, alongside MCP gateways for tools)
(agent card, message-send, message-stream, tasks, websocket)
Entry is placed in alphabetical order, matching the existing format of
linking to each platform's A2A documentation.
