CODEOWNERS (Yusuf reviews every PR), PR sanitization checklist, CONTRIBUTING (develop-private/extract-public norm), and a leak-scan CI gate that blocks pricing, client/staff names, internal paths, and PII from entering this public repo. Scanner gates the lines a PR adds (diff mode, fetch-depth 0); real denylist values stay in a gitignored file locally and the LEAKSCAN_DENYLIST secret in CI. Sets up the contribution gate for this public repo so the team can open skill PRs without risking client-data leaks.
utils/leak_scan.py+ workflow): scans the lines each PR adds and fails on pricing-in-context, internal paths, Fathom links, non-allowlisted emails, and a denylist of client/staff names (loaded from theLEAKSCAN_DENYLISTsecret). Generic$50/month-style examples and allowlisted emails pass..leakscan-denylist.txt; only the.exampleplaceholder is committed. After merge:
LEAKSCAN_DENYLISTsecret + branch protection onmain(require PR + Code Owner review + thescancheck).
