Problem
The package and installation examples still name beta.18, and merged changes remain in unreleased fragments.
How I fixed it
Update beta.19 version references and recipe templates, and fold all eight fragments into nine changelog entries dated 2026-10-09. Published archive checksums follow in a separate PR. No product or test code changes.
Verified
pnpm check && pnpm build && pnpm check:size && pnpm e2e --workers=4passed once with exit code 0: 225 unit test files and 3,668 tests passed; all size budgets passed; e2e reported 1,826 passed, 14 skipped and 0 failed. Net changes: src 0, unit 0, e2e 0, CSS 0.
