fix(ce): remove industry-specific runtime remnants

Summary / 概述

This maintainer PR publishes a new CE tree derived from the upstream source of truth.

• Physically removes the industry-chain Canvas, company-profile and industry-news renderers, dedicated API/configuration paths, assets, and obsolete enterprise-risk seed content from CE.
• Routes outputs from user-added remote MCP servers through the generic JSON renderer, including servers that reuse historical industry-specific tool names.
• Removes stale industry-specific citations, prompts, homepage shortcuts, tests, and styling while preserving generic MCP and document-generation capabilities.
• Updates the English and Chinese documentation to describe the CE boundary and generic remote MCP rendering behavior.

This is an upstream-generated maintainer sync, so generated src/** paths are intentionally included. Validation completed upstream: CE derivation gates, import/OpenAPI/ORM checks, CE release regressions, CE and FULL production frontend builds, legacy runtime identifier scanning, and whitespace checks.
