feat: enhance industry workflows and knowledge management

Summary / 概述

This maintainer sync updates the generated Community Edition mirror from the validated upstream source.

• Add full-scope indexed, processing, and failed document counts for local and external knowledge bases so catalog totals are independent of pagination.
• Add an opt-in setting for self-service MCP endpoints on trusted loopback, RFC1918, and IPv6 ULA networks while continuing to block link-local, cloud-metadata, multicast, unspecified, and other reserved targets.
• Improve the industry-chain canvas with focused branch expansion, leaf-node company drill-down, pagination, company metadata, and direct company-profile navigation.
• Update bilingual documentation, OpenAPI metadata, regression coverage, CE translations, and generated dependency boundaries.
