How do I run the optimizer?

To run the optimizer, visit the optimizer tab, configure your optimizer settings, then run the optimizer.

What is an optimizer?

The optimizer is basically a full-blown automated backtester that'll run all possible backtests based on the configuration you provide and display profit percentages.

Why is it taking so long?

Depending on how many permutations you have configured and the data interval you're using, it can take a while for the optimizer to run as it's running all possible permutations.

Result Exports

You can export your results to a CSV or an excel file.

How do I optimize my custom strategy?

First, configure and create your strategy using this guide. The GUI will automatically fill up the appropriate slots and you can optimize it from there.
