eclipse artifact whitelist config for manually adding mod compatibility

ex. adding "RiskyArtifactOfCruelty, ARTIFACT_ZETLOOPIFACT" (or "Cruelty, Escalation" if you can use the KingEnderBrine method) to the list would allow RiskyArtifacts' Cruelty and and ZetArtifacts' Escalation to be selected in eclipse
