Sea ice bias correction with machine learning in SPEAR

This is the version of the SIS2 code used for machine-learned sea ice bias correction, as detailed in the study https://doi.org/10.48550/arXiv.2505.18328. This is an older version of the main SIS2 branch, as it needs to be compatible with SPEAR.
