Configuration Files: ~/.cexec

/pids.external  -pids from externally executed processes

/pids.local     -pids running on external resources

/resources.yaml -list of external resources available

/resource.type  -type of resource of this computer

Missing pieces in configure:

• resource.type needs to be created upon configure
• exec_dir needs to be added in resources.yaml upon ssh setup
  • exec_dir needs better method to find location of cexec install.
• need to modify .bashrc to comment out non-interactive piece
• need to convert from system calls to python's psutil.
• MacOS needs to check in sharing that port is open
• ssh-keygen needs to be executed --post warning if not done yet
