feat: add GitHub source to load_library - #172

Accept packages as owner/repo with source = "github". The installed
check and library() use the bare package name, since
requireNamespace("owner/repo") is always FALSE and would make
install = FALSE fail even for installed packages.
Install with pak::pak instead of devtools::install_github, which is
deprecated and upgrades already-installed dependencies in
non-interactive runs.
