Since this is an editorial change, in the interest of expediency I will self-approve it. After this change all the examples will be in the non-normative explainer and can be updated independently of the spec in order to keep up with evolving best practices. |

This is to fix #173
Just move the two remaining examples to the explainer, and only keep the ECMAScript 6 versions of the code.
