A Claude Code plugin marketplace published by The Viable Edge.

Plugins

viable-edge-brand-sync

Installs your bespoke brand Agent Skills — generated from your brand architecture on Viable Edge — into the current project, and keeps them in sync.

It installs three skills:

• brand-voice — writes and edits copy in your brand voice.
• brand-voice-check — audits a draft against your voice (banned words, off-tone phrasing); ships a scripts/check.mjs scanner.
• brand-messaging — writes on-brand marketing copy grounded in your positioning, pillars, and proof points.

The skills follow the open SKILL.md format, so they work in Claude Code, claude.ai, and other agent runtimes that read Skills.

This marketplace is distributed as a public GitHub repo (Viabled-Edge/claude-plugins) so the same source works in both Claude Code and Claude Cowork.

Claude Code

Claude Cowork

Plugin distribution in Cowork is admin-controlled (one-time, org-wide):

1. A workspace admin opens Organization settings → Plugins → Add plugin → GitHub and enters Viabled-Edge/claude-plugins.
2. Members open Customize → Plugins, install viable-edge-brand-sync, then run /brand-sync <token> to point it at their brand.

After the one-time /brand-sync, your skills land in .claude/skills/ and auto-refresh on every new session (SessionStart hook), so an installed brand voice can never silently drift from your live brand pack. Run /brand-sync again to refresh manually.

The plugin stores your token in .claude/viable-edge-brand-sync.local.md (gitignored — it's private):

Overrides (optional):

• VIABLE_EDGE_BRAND_TOKEN — token via environment variable.
• VIABLE_EDGE_ORIGIN — point at a non-production origin (defaults to https://www.viableedge.com).

How it works

The plugin is generic and identical for every customer. The bespoke part is delivered at runtime: scripts/sync.mjs fetches https://www.viableedge.com/brand/<token>/skills (a token-gated endpoint that renders your skills from your live brand pack) and writes the files into .claude/skills/.

Distribution: this whole directory is the marketplace. It's published as a single public GitHub repo under the Viable Edge org. The manifest (.claude-plugin/marketplace.json) references the plugin with a relative path (./plugins/brand-sync) — which resolves in both Claude Code and Cowork because both clone the repo. We deliberately avoid npm / HTTPS-hosted manifests: Cowork supports neither (git repos only).

Publishing (maintainers)

The plugin and marketplace are generic — published once, not per customer, and contain no per-customer data (the bespoke skills are fetched at runtime by token). So a single public repo is safe.
