_pt subscripts are gone, now we use https://unicodeplus.com/U+02BC
This requires changes from #452

…ix is removed. For example: T(3) = t(1) + t(2) + t(3) See #451 (comment) Note that in CC class, I had to specify op::t' for pert operators, this is because of the ambiguity with CC class methods, which have the same name.
Frequency multiplied terms are just t(2) or λ(2)
