Proof of concept PR to see how easy it is to simply move all the WSF Java code into a new component in WDK. Also uses the new build changes (versioned base-pom/fgputil), which will hopefully be on master soon.
It is important to note that I simply COPIED the WSF codebase into a new component in WDK. We probably want to retain that code's history as well. To do that, we should follow the procedures outlined in a comment (using git filter-repo) here:
