Forward 102 as informational response in http_guard, http_proxy, http_expose, inspect and icap h2 reqmod adapter. Reject 101 and unknown 1xx responses in http_guard forward paths instead of treating them as final responses. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
