Keep each site's match rules on the site itself so http_guard can allow a later Host that belongs to the SNI-pinned site, instead of requiring a second global host-table lookup to the same site id. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
Write RFC 9110 Via hops as `{protocol} {received-by}` and reject a request
when that received-by is already present. http_guard H2 now uses the same check.
