📚 Description
This PR adds an ATIS section to the INFO tab of a airport overlay. When an airport has active ATIS's they will be also displayed in that section. If the ATIS is less than 3 hours old and the controller managing the ATIS disconnects. The ATIS will be marked as stale indicated with warning chip.
