renamed Table Field from created_at to createdAt Added DateTime Typehint to Method setCreatedAt()

When you want to use KnpLabs/DoctrineBehaviors you have to make the Timestampable Trait and VlabsMediaBundle compatible
For this we have to add DateTime Typehint in createdAt and rename the Table Field and add a nullable
