Modify card and readme.md

• Fixed the linkedin typo, aligned the card-text and modified the a tag.
• Modified README.md by adding proper links to each of the card animations.

Thanks for the contribution. We've full schedules currently so will review and approve later. Meanwhile, feel free to work on landing page or other stuff in this repo if you want. Also, please try to make one PR for all changes you make. For example, the previous PR which has not been merged yet can be safely ignored since its changes are available in this PR as well.
