Added all of the files in the '02_activities\assignments\assignment_3' folder.

The basics about producing a figure.

Masking data was difficult. I got help from the AI when I change the defined variables in the data. The line of code that I received help is:
crime_data['Geography'] = crime_data['Geography'].str.replace(r'\s*(.*)', '', regex=True)
