Adding the completed markdown file for assignment 2.

What did you learn from the changes you have made?

I learned that all choices in a graphic need to be very deliberate. The difference between the good and bad graphic was very stark. The good graphic tells a complete picture. The bad graphic was hard to read and missed important parts of the story.
