Fix typos in knowledge-base/context.json and register entry

Summary

Fix 7 typos in knowledge-base/context.json across two existing contributor entries ("enginering" → "engineering", "reuqests" → "requests", "programer" → "programmer", "specifed" → "specified", "isue" → "issue", "struture" → "structure", "acounts" → "accounts") and register Hermes Agent's contributor entry.

Acceptance criteria

• All typos in existing entries are corrected
• New entry added for Hermes Agent with agent_name, timestamp, system_prompt, context_window, working_directory, and contribution fields
