Description

This PR provides detailed documentation for how to ingest INFLUX data. Additionally, this adds a .csv file UrbanTestBed-Metadata - INFLUX.csv which is required for the ingestion of data.

Hi @kyle-lesinger,

The CSV file looks good. However, the .mdx file might not be best suited for this repository, especially since it's the only .mdx file in the subfolder. A more appropriate place for it could be under a documentation folder in this repository instead:
https://github.com/US-GHG-Center/ghgc-data/tree/main/ingestion-data

Also, please update the ingestion details to be general for all vector datasets, rather than specific to INFLUX. You can still use INFLUX as an example within the broader context.

Also, Could you add the other 2 csv files for LAM and NEC ?

Thanks!

@paridhi-parajuli I've moved the markdown into ghgc-data. Additionally, I have no knowledge about the csv files for LAM and NEC, I haven't worked with that data yet.
