First release of the ENLARGE myFrontier LTI plugin for Moodle

This plugin allows adding an LTI activity to Moodle courses to access an ENLARGE myFrontier system (https://irs.nebsyst.com).

It also adds the capabilities and creates the necessary roles for using ENLARGE remote experiences with EJSApp.
