This adds some functions that can interface with our GPS (SAM-M8Q) using the ublox protocol. Currently it uses polling and is pretty slow, so there remains more work to do if we want to be reading the GPS at 10HZ.
The GPS fix accuracy is currently untested as of writing this description. I'll edit it and write down the testing procedure and results once I'm ready to get this out of draft stage. Also, I haven't actually tested this on AFS, just Daniel's other flight computer with a ublox GPS.
