Revision 1.1 board designs

Note: this board version has not been built and tested

This version fixes the electricial issues from r1.0 but the mechanicial issues remain.

Output connector is not centered
Cutouts for case screw bosses are too large
No ground test point
Connectors should be closer to case ends
