Doc Review: ALL - Replace '%%{WARNING}%%' Token

This seems to have been forgotten or not communicated well enough by me, but this version of the wiki contains alot of %%{WARNING}%% tokens that indicate that there's some confusion in that line/the next line. Usually around urls that link to zadam's stuff.

For example docker containers.

These auto-generated api docs and developer docs are indeed working (I used our github pages api urls to replace the original zadam api urls in #100 )
