- Add a framework to define custom Powers in XML. This version is limited to custom ability evolution, such as upgrading Firebolt to Firestorm. - A framework for ability upgrades is also present but it's not used by the abilities yet, it has no effect. - Add a simple custom ability not accessible to normal classes A LOT of things are still needed to catch up with the current features

My big project! I'm creating a draft pull request so that we can exchange comments easier but there are quite a bit to add before it catches up to the features of the current Comps.
